Yester Oaks Shopping Center – Renovation

Delaney Land Realty selected Watermark to provide a façade and storefront facelift to this aging retail strip center. The renovation involved 914 linear feet of exterior canopy renovation. The existing canopy and storefront was completely removed to make way for an updated design with new storefront and under canopy lighting. Façade reconstruction was completed in phases.


Crossroads Mall – Outparcel

Crossroads Partners, LLC, contracted Watermark Design Group to provide full architectural services for the design of a new commercial shopping development: Crossroads Mall. As an outparcel to a major retail development, Crossroads Mall is located at the intersection of Highway 49 and Interstate 10 in Gulfport, Mississippi. This parcel faces Highway 49 and has a direct visual to drivers.

The .90-acre site accommodates a 6,612 square foot retail building with required parking and drives around the entire property for the drive-thru requirements of the tenants. The simplicity and modern architectural details of the design can accommodate any tenant’s signage and decorative elements.

The building is of concrete slab-on-grade construction with 8” CMU walls with an exterior stucco applied finish, and a steel-joist supported, monoslope, bituminous membrane roofing system.
