As leaders in our profession, we consider community service a responsibility. We don’t mandate it. We nurture and promote it. We support those involved, and we complement our employees’ contributions of their volunteer time with funding from the Thompson Foundation, the charitable arm of our parent company. We are committed to a safe workplace. Our safety program includes regular, comprehensive training and is required of everyone, from a first-day hire to our CEO.
