In addition to Watermark’s work to give B.C. Rain an exterior and interior facelift, we also worked with the Mobile County Public School System to bring vocational education and training to campus. In 2012, Watermark designed a 15,500 square foot Aerospace Training Facility in support of the growing aerospace industry in the region. The stand alone building is a pre-engineered building with metal wall and roof panels, giving it an industrial appearance to suit its function. A four- foot high brick skirt that matches the main school was added to the bottom of the walls to soften its appearance and tie it into the remainder of the buildings on the newly renovated campus.
