Our banking experience involves managing prototype designs for regional banks, providing site specific designs for clients entering the banking industry and custom designs for banks selecting one-of-a-kind sites. Our financial clients include: SouthTrust, Wachovia, Camden National Bank, Whitney, Century Bank and New Horizons Credit Union.

 

Wachovia – SouthTrust

Watermark Design was selected to provide design and construction administrative services to SouthTrust Bank (now Wachovia Bank) for new branch bank facilities in Mobile and Gulf Shores, Alabama.

The 4,000 square foot banks were designed using prototypical plans provided by SouthTrust Bank. During construction, SouthTrust Bank and Wachovia Bank merged. We modified the buildings during the construction phase to suit Wachovia Bank requirements. The facilities consist of five, drive-up teller stations, two administrative offices, two customer service representative offices, five walk-up teller stations and other support facilities.

The building are single-story, steel-framed with pre-engineered wood trusses. The exterior finish is brick and cast stone veneer, aluminum storefront, fiberglass asphalt shingle roof and exterior insulation finish system frieze.

 

Butler County Bank

Watermark Design was selected to provide design and construction administration services to Camden National Bank for a new branch bank facility in Greenville, Alabama, located on the Greenville Bypass.

The 4,226 square foot facility consists of three, drive-up teller stations, one ATM lane, three administrative offices, three customer service representative offices, five walk-up teller stations and other support facilities. The building is single-story, wood-framed slab on grade with pre-engineered wood trusses. The exterior finish is cement board and batten with stone veneer base, aluminum storefront entrance and fiberglass asphalt shingle roof.
